Returns & Refunds Policy

At LuFonix, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind about your order, we accept returns subject to the conditions below.

Change-of-mind returns

If you purchased directly from our website and simply change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, the product must be:

Unused and unopened
In its original, sealed condition
In suitable condition for resale
Returned with all original packaging and components

Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as LuFonix cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged while being returned.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process the applicable refund to your original payment method.

Faulty or defective products

If your LuFonix product is faulty, defective or does not meet your legal consumer rights, please contact us as soon as possible.

You will not be responsible for the cost of returning a genuinely faulty or defective product. Depending on the circumstances and your statutory rights, we may offer a replacement, repair or refund.

Please contact us before returning a faulty item so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

Refunds

Where a refund is due, we will process it to the original payment method. Refunds will normally be made within the timeframe required by applicable consumer law.

For change-of-mind cancellations, the cost of standard outbound delivery is generally refundable. If you selected a more expensive delivery option, we are not required to refund the additional cost.

Items damaged after delivery

Please contact us promptly if your order arrives damaged. Where possible, please provide photographs of the packaging and product so we can investigate and resolve the issue quickly.
